Refund and Exchanges Policy

At Modian Paris, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer straightforward refund and exchange options to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging including certificates, boxes, and any accessories.

  • Personalized or custom engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Please contact our customer support team within 30 days at service@modianparis.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number along with shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the desired replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

  • Return shipping fees apply as per our return shipping policy.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@modianparis.com with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Warranty

  • Our lifetime color warranty covers tarnishing and fading under normal wear.

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or loss.
